Comprehensive Health Program (CHP) physicians are all experienced members of the
UCLA Faculty who are specialists in Internal Medicine. Each
physician is expert at disease prevention and performs in-depth
patient testing and evaluation - the hallmark of the program.
UCLA Comprehensive Health Program (CHP) liaisons take care of any and all
logistical needs related to your appointment. Liaisons will
assist you in the scheduling and registration of your appointment
and process the comprehensive health questionnaire that
you will take before your visit. Upon your arrival at UCLA,
a liaison will escort you to your consultations and tests,
and will assist you with any travel, transportation or other
needs that may arise during your stay.
