can be planned to take place during your visit to UCLA.
CHP Liaisons take care of any and all logistical needs
related to your appointment at UCLA.
Liaisons will assist you in the scheduling and registration
of your appointment and process the comprehensive health
questionnaire that you will take before your visit. Upon
your arrival at UCLA, a Liaison will escort you to your
consultations and tests, and will assist you with any
travel, transportation or other needs that may arise during
your stay.
